Solution is to care. Care about your neighboor and help those in need. Most people just think "If it doesn't affect me why should I get involved?". Some policemen are there for the power trip, but most of them are there because they believe they can make a difference, that they are standing up to the true american values. Same thing SHOULD apply to politicians, but we all know where that's going...
