i have a billion dollar idea, how about a guillotine that hacks off 2 heads at the same time.

I remember learning how Samurai swords don't just hack but the swordsman actually has to do a movement where the blade slides forward as it cuts creating almost like a one way sawing motion or a slice forward, not just down. I wonder if the angled edge has a similar effect where the 45o angle gives it that slice angle of attack that makes it similar to the slicing of a Katana. You could almost create a circular blade that is made to spin as it drops thereby creating the same slicing movement. Almost like a giant deli slicer.
