As always you are confusing liberalism with leftism again.  Communism cannot be "modded" to work in a capitalist system.  What you call a "mod" is really just the lefts constant attempts to destroy capitalism in favor of centralized planning and extreme socialism.  The fact that you put that in the same category as "modding PCs" is fucking mind blowing.

I've got a perfect analogue of authoritarian leftism vs liberalism in the form of Steve Jobs vs. Steve Wozniak.

Steve Jobs was like the authoritarian left/Marxist in that you didn't really "own" your Apple product, he sold you the rights to use it according to how he designed it to be used.

Steve Wozniak was like the classical liberal who wanted more freedom, wanted users to experiment and mod their Apple products.

Steve Jobs authoritarian model (Macintosh) won out and whereas Wozniak's vision as it applies to the (Apple II) may have died, the ideals took root in the realm of PC compatibles.

It is the traditionalists on the Right who don't like to mod things, bro; they want things to remain the same, they do not like modification (such as mods to traditional gender roles).

Wrong.  I'd like to point out that this is a great of example of the left saying one thing when referring to something completely different   The left doesn't want to mod gender roles.  The left wants to REDEFINE gender to mean something it doesn't.  A person's gender is defined by their genetic makeup.  A man can dress and act like a woman (the key word being act) but he will never be an actual woman.  He's just a man suffering a mental disorder.

A "gender role" would be something like women raising children while men go out to work.  Hell back during WWII women went to work in factories doing "men's jobs" by the millions and so-called "traditionalist" didn't give a damn.  If modern leftist had their way, women would have been drafted and sent to die by the millions along side the men.

People who happen to not be Marxist don't particularly give a shit if women want to do jobs traditionally done by men.  I will note that you don't find a women clamoring over the dangerous jobs.  I have yet to hear a feminist bitch about how there aren't enough women on crab boats or working on oil rigs.  Some jobs are "traditionally" for men because males are physically able to perform them better than women.

On the flip side you don't see men competing for jobs in child care.  Why is that?  Do most men avoid applying for child care jobs because they've been conditioned by society?  Or is it possible that evolution just happened to equip females with brains better suited to child care?  If both genders are literally equal, why do women have breasts able to nourish children and men don't?  And let me stop you before you respond with something retarded by pointing out that there is nothing preventing men from working in child care.  I'm simply saying that gender roles didn't come about arbitrarily, they are rooted in biological evolution.

But loony leftist want to deny reality and impose a rigid belief system upon society that gender roles are completely made up and have no basis in biology.  It's that sort of delusional thinking that the right rejects and which you attempt to pass off as a "mod".
