they're not suspending operations for an investigation, and doesn't seem like any of their customers or NASA is asking them to. so probably if anything happened, it wasn't on SpaceX's end. the one thing that questioned SpaceX was the Wall Street Journal article that claimed Congressional sources saying it was a "SpaceX failure." that could be a misunderstanding or poorly chosen wording.
