I saw this on a german news site this morning. Boy is this dog badly trained. The guy at 1:35 sums it up nicely. Dickhead officer offers lame excuse at 1:45. If the dog is properly trained it WILL LET GO IMMEDIATELY on command. A dog that does not do that is NOT FIT to work.

if a police dog is charged with a negligent crime do they get put down? I am just asking because I have no idea what laws are in police dog world
