Although i did just found out that my cholesterol was way to high but that is probably because my diet consisted out of meat :) and sometimes i ate 4 pieces of fish instead of 1, need meds to get it down and put myself on a diet af fruits a nd vegetables, light cheese, nothing fatty for a while, cut down smoking a bit.... can't have anything that tastes good
