Sure. But this cop's a pro. He saw the American license plate and knew off the bat to wear his sunglasses (to conceal any amusement or disappointment at ignorance). The fact that the shades also conceal his anger at the insults is just a bonus. When they review the footage it'll only show a calm, professional demeanor.

This is how it should be. I always get annoyed when cops swear at people, this is appalling and inappropriate and should lead to instant dismissal, regardless of how they were addressed by offenders or suspects.

Yeah. Well this guy was old enough to drive and make it over the border (legally, one assumes) without figuring out he was in another country. So, we'll consider him now educated on this fact.
