is he really sending it to mars? sending his car up..mad lad..think there was a voyager episode where tom paris found some old car floating around and took it inside the ship..

it's going to an orbit around the sun where the long end crosses mars orbit, and the short end crosses earth orbit. i don't think it will go near mars itself.
