I don't really follow popular media that much so I wouldn't even know where to begin with the pokemon-dude.
However the apology machine or the sjw or however you define the mob-mentality of 'the internets' is an old human quality when acting in large groups with no sense of... 'usness' I guess. Depictions of old medieval town markets with their 'entertainment' are a good example of what I mean. There's this painting with all sorts of debauchery going on at a market but I can't remember the artist or the name of the work that'd show what I sorta mean. Oh well. Anywho, maybe one day 'the internets' will be large enough that the worst of the mob mentalities can be coralled into meaningless places. The internet versions of the 'local pub' if you will.

My only portal into this stuff is through videos like this and the occasional one from Phil DeFranco. I think we can all agree that this is a video about taking stupid to the next level and I just thought people would be interested to know what's happening in the latest developments of stupid.
