Im papuan, i live in jayapura. What the lady said is all true but since Jokowi took Office we see changes. The new government cares about us so much they build roads and all the infrastructures we're lacking of. They even took 51% of freeport stocks. (it was 7%) before i hope this new government will stay for another 5 years so papua can also taste the fruit of indonesia's booming economy.
